In my work as a nutrition pioneer, I combine the areas of health, the environment and social responsibility. My aim is to fundamentally transform the way we eat - towards patterns that empower people and protects the environment. My mission is clear:

Through in-depth knowledge from my medical studies and my work as a certified Plant-Based Chef, I bring a unique perspective to the discussion on sustainable nutrition concepts. In addition, my many years of experience in the restaurant industry and my expertise in plant-based cuisine help me to raise my voice in an authentic and influential way.

By partnering with companies, I help initiate food consumption campaigns that increase the demand for sustainable menus among employees and guests, fostering awareness for the profound impact our eating habits have on the planet.
